Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehab care. Working in our inpatient and/or home-based settings, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility, and accurately document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain safety and infection control standards, and help create a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on maximizing patient independence and outcomes.
