Parts & Accessories Sales Associate

Job Description

The Parts & Accessories Sales Associate plays a vital role in supporting customers within a small team environment by providing expert assistance and product knowledge focused on in-store sales. Reporting to the General Manager, this role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service while handling merchandising and cash transactions efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist customers by identifying and recommending appropriate parts and accessories
Maintain thorough product knowledge to support informed sales
Organize and merchandise products to enhance store presentation
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Accurately handle cash and manage transactions at the point of sale

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in retail sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong cash handling skills
Comprehensive product knowledge in relevant areas
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Kettle Marine in Jackson is Wisconsin's fastest-growing marine dealership serving the surrounding Milwaukee, WI area. We are an authorized boat dealer for new and used Lund, Alumacraft®, Premier, Manitou, and Tahoe pontoon boats. We're also an outboard motor dealer for Mercury Marine and Yamaha Marine. We carry a large selection of new and pre-owned boats, offer service and maintenance, summerizing and winterization, along with indoor/outdoor storage for our customers.
