They will also be tasked with modernizing the software development lifecycle, upleveling operational maturity, and representing engineering excellence to the company and its customers. Applicants for the VP of Engineering Delivery & Excellence position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of engineering leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS. The role requires a deep understanding of engineering disciplines, including performance and optimization, quality engineering, security, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional engineering teams, influencing engineering standards, and driving technical change. Experience in implementing frameworks such as DevOps, SRE, and secure SDLC is essential.
