• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Consistently rebook clients and keep your book fully utilized
• Educate clients on retail products and upsell when appropriate
• Build and maintain a strong social media portfolio that accurately showcases your services

• Show initiative in personal development and continued learning Skills & Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience behind the chair preferred
• Valid New Jersey hairstylist/cosmetology license required
• Experienced in cuts and/or color
• Existing client book/following required or strongly preferred
• Strong portfolio and/or social media presence showcasing your work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
