Digital Talent Manager

As a Digital Talent Manager for a global entertainment agency, you'll be working directly signing up influencers & digital creators for the agency's ever-growing roster. You'll be utilising your passion for influencer/talent management together with your commercial skills to successfully negotiate partnerships and contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow a roster of varied digital talent/creators Proactively identify and outreach new and up-coming creators to join your roster Utilise social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) to reach potential new talent and creators Create 3/6/12 month strategies in order to develop the creators’ personal brands Negotiate and secure brand partnerships for your roster MAIN REQUIREMENTS 3+ years’ experience within talent management Exceptional knowledge of the creator economy Proven success at securing high-figure partnerships SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
