Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a high-volume, multi-specialty operating room environment with up to 13 active OR suites
• Support a broad range of surgical procedures including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, open heart, robotics, burn, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, and more
• Participate in rotating weekend call approximately every four weeks; call shifts may range from 2 to 12 hours and are used to fill evening and night staffing needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs and Certified Surgical Technologists across staggered shift coverage throughout the day and evening
• Maintain compliance with AORN standards including dress code and unit policies
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech)

Required Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience
• Trauma experience required
• Shift and call flexibility required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification
• Burn experience
• Robotic surgery experience
• Neurosurgery experience
