Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer. This position requires technical proficiency in mechanical systems and the ability to operate within the structured frameworks of defense acquisition, sustainment, and engineering change processes. Responsibilities Review, analyze, and develop technical documentation to support engineering change proposals and sustainment objectives. Conduct detailed technical analyses and participate in design and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) reviews. Witness hardware integration onto AAV/ACV platforms and observe test execution. Review test plans and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop informational briefs and present results of AAV/ACV modification tasks to government stakeholders in support of program schedules. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Experience navigating the full life cycle of defense acquisition systems — from requirements definition through validation and sustainment. Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills to articulate complex engineering concepts across technical and managerial domains. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Active Secret clearance required to participate in classified program activities and maintain compliance with federal security protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr MLT Systems
