Maintenance Manager Columbus, OH$38 – $40+ / hourOVERVIEWA growing owner-operator is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a newly constructed, fully furnished student housing community located directly across from The Ohio State University. This 379-bed community offers luxury amenities, modern building systems, and a high-energy student living environment.This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who can balance preventive maintenance, vendor management, team leadership, and resident satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of property performance.WHAT YOU’LL DOOversee all maintenance operations for a 379-bed student housing communityLead preventive maintenance programs to protect the long-term value of the assetManage daily work orders, resident service requests, and emergency maintenance needsSupervise maintenance staff, vendors, and contractorsCoordinate unit turns and ensure apartments are ready for new resident move-insMonitor building systems, equipment, and common areas to ensure optimal performanceManage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing processesConduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policiesPartner closely with property management to deliver an exceptional resident experienceWHY YOU MATTERAs the leader of maintenance operations, you play a critical role in protecting the resident experience and the long-term performance of the community.
