Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Licensure:WV Medical License and DEA \n
- Board Certification:ABMS of AOA in EM, IM, or FM board certified or board eligible and within 5 years of completion of residency or fellowship program \n
- Badges:\n

- Non-EM Boarded MD/DOs: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required, along with proof of ATLS at least once in the past. \n
- EM Boarded MD/DOs: Proof of ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS at least once in the past. \n
