Assembly Technician, Material Handlers, & Welders

We're hiring Assembly Technicians, Welders, & Material Handlers to join our team in Newark, DE, where you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Position: Assembly Technician, Material Handlers, & Welders
Pay: $21-$28 depending on position & shift
Schedule: Day shift, Night shift, & Weekend Shifts Available Monday - Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), with possible mandatory overtime on Fridays. Monday - Thursday (7:00PM - 5:30AM or 6:00PM - 4:30AM) Friday-Sunday (6am-6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced product assembly according to specifications.
- Select materials from kit carts and ensure compliance with 5S principles.
- Inspect completed work, operate various machines, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools.
- Strong communication, must be able to read, write and speak English
- Experience with TIG Welding is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must wear PPE, and may require wearing a respirator.
