Job Description

The Master Electrician is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring code compliance, and troubleshooting electrical systems. This role requires regular site visits with occasional travel and offers growth opportunities through lateral moves within the company.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations following safety and code standards
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
Lead and mentor team members to ensure best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent customer service and team leadership abilities
5+ years of experience in electrical work
High school diploma or equivalent
Master Electrician License
Proficient in electrical code compliance and blueprint reading
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Commitment to safety compliance
Effective time management skills
