Production Worker - Urgently hiring in Salem!

Job Title: Production Worker
Pay: $16.00/hr (They will conduct a 30/60/90 day review from 1st day on assignment and pay rates can occur during said reviews)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-2:30PM OR 7:00AM-3:30PM OR 8:00AM-4:30PM
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT LISTED ABOVE
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS IF PRODUCTION NEEDS REQUIRE IT

As a Production Worker, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping to produce high-quality mailing solutions while gaining valuable experience in the printing industry. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.


What You'll Do
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Packaging, hand stuffing envelopes, and labeling mail
• Learning about, setting up, and operating printing machines and equipment
• Following detailed job orders and special instructions
• Overseeing output and making basic adjustments to ensure quality
• Mail sorting and tray assembly
• Working overtime as needed to meet deadlines

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• The ability to stand for up to 12 hours, including bending, twisting, crouching, and squatting as needed
• The capacity to move quickly and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude to identify and make basic adjustments to machinery
• Strong mail sorting and tray assembly skills
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive communication and questions to enhance learning

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Salem and offers flexible hours within the assigned shifts. Weekend work may occasionally be required, though not often. Flexibility is important to meet operational needs.
