Are you passionate about animal care, farm safety, and making a real impact on swine health? Join the PIPESTONE team as a Swine Health Auditor and help protect herd health while promoting the highest standards of biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare.

What You'll Do

• Help protect farms from disease through biosecurity audits and training
• Conduct safety audits of barn personnel
• Perform animal welfare assessments at farm sites
• Inspect farm structures to ensure biosecurity compliance
• Evaluate interior and exterior farm areas, including attics, chutes, and grounds
• Identify structural concerns that could impact barn performance
• Train farm staff on biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare best practices
• Complete truck wash and trailer audits

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Agricultural experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license

Work Environment

• Overnight travel required
• On-farm agricultural swine environment
• Must wear required PPE, including hearing protection when needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
• Occasional lifting, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds
