Sr. Mechanical & Robotics Technician

Job Description

As a Sr. Mechanical & Robotics Technician, you will lead a team of service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will also support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Support the Operations Maintenance team in designing solutions for difficult problems.
• Manage and oversee various projects within the maintenance team.

Essential Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in distribution maintenance.
• Proficiency as a maintenance technician, particularly in leading service technicians.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Work Environment

The work environment includes working 40-50 hours in a distribution setting, with portions of the facility being climate-controlled.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, TN.

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
