HR Consultant

You will be responsible for the communication and support of various clients and their HR projects. Your varied activities include measures from the areas of employer branding, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, administration, compensation & benefits and personnel development. You will independently implement HR projects, e.g. the conception and creation of feedback and employee interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, salary benchmarks and comprehensive HR analyses. You optionally take over interim HR management mandates - and support our clients strategically/conceptually as well as operationally. You create documentation and project documents and conduct workshops and trainings. You lead our project team professionally and ensure that customer expectations and goals are achieved within a defined timeframe. You have a college degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field. You have worked 5+ years in a startup or dynamic corporate environment in an HR role. You already have some experience in setting up HR structures and processes. You are well organized and solution oriented. You are proficient in MS Office and ideally Google word processing programs. You write and speak English and German fluently. With us, remote only applies. You choose the work location where you are most productive.
