Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager – Patient Safety & Pharmacovigilance Senior technology and product leader responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery of technology solutions that enable global Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) development functions. Acts as the system owner for clinical safety and PV systems, overseeing end-to-end operations, upgrades, and AI/ML implementations to improve safety operation. Owns a portfolio of platforms and products such as Argus, Veeva Safety Docs, Empirica and supporting integrations, and drives innovation to accelerate safety submissions, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and convey portfolio-level strategy and vision in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with business goals and technology directions. Maintain and communicate the integrated portfolio product roadmap to ensure team alignment and delivery of value. Operate in a fast‑paced, highly regulated, global environment and consistently challenge how processes and products can evolve to exploit AI and drive toward the workforce and products of the future. Oversee a portfolio of products and services with end‑to‑end accountability for vision, backlog, budget, and lifecycle management, in collaboration with their product managers. Establish portfolio KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards to track value delivery. Location & Compensation Boston, MA, U.S. Base Salary Range: $154,400.00 – $242,550.00.
