Litigation Attorney

Flagel & Papakirk LLC

Flagel & Papakirk LLC, a regional law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of complex matters from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

* *5+ years of litigation experience*, including conducting discovery and advocating in court and other proceedings
* *Active license in Ohio (and, preferably, Kentucky)*
* Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation practices and procedure
* Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
* Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills
