Contract Duration: 12 months (possible extension up to max of 15 months) Location: 100% remote (working Pacific Time core hours) Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri Project: Starbucks is replacing their current applicant tracking & onboarding system, Taleo, and moving to SuccessFactors 2.0 system. This is a new project that is just starting now. These tools will be used by their 10k+ retail stores across the US and Canada.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• 2+ years of functional experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems including SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, and Eightfold ATS
• 2+ years of expertise with SuccessFactors Report Stories and Canvas reporting
• Understanding of SuccessFactors role based permissions and workflow configuration
• Experience using Jira to track system requirements, design, testing and implementation
• Proficiency using Teams and Microsoft Office Suite to collaborate
• Understanding of HR business objectives, strategies, and workflow processes
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Requirements, gathering, refinement and documentation skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to convey technical information
• Excellent customer service skills providing end-user support and training

Team: we are about 10 individuals. Mix of FTE and contractors. Program/Project Managers, Business analysts and BSAs. Based in Seattle and remote throughout the USA.

Description: As a Core HR BSA, your primary focus will be supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central - Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HR applications. You will leverage your HR systems and business process expertise as the liaison between the HR Centers of Excellence and our Technology teams. You will act as a trusted advisor and key stakeholder for the projects and initiatives that support our HR priorities. You will work with IT to troubleshoot production issues and to deliver systems enhancements through requirements gathering and refinement, collaborative solution design, testing and validation. As a business systems analyst, you will… Assist with identifying, designing, and implementing new system functionality and improvements to existing systems.
