Our porters should anticipate and address hindrances to operational efficiency. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a leader and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensuring cars are washed, cleaned, and detailed on a daily basisProviding assistance with keeping the lot clean and tidy at all timesDetail and make units ready for deliveryStocking in vehicles when they are delivered by transportKeeping the books and keys of the inventory organizedKeeping the vehicles organizedFilling vehicles with gasMonitoring the appearance of the vehicles on displayPositive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improveMust present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer serviceGreet customers with a smile when they enter the our dealershipPark and retrieve customer's vehiclesEnsure that all vehicles are washed when the customer arrives to pick up their vehicleOther tasks as needed by the lot managerThis list of duties is not all-inclusive and may include other duties that management deems necessary at that time.Able to work flexible schedules and some weekendsFollows all safety and security proceduresA clean and valid driver's license is REQUIRED.Must be dependable and reliable.Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.Do a Quick Alignment check as cars come in.Keep Service Drive clean and free of debris.Place protective plastic on seat and paper mats on the floor of all incoming cars.Keep keys organized for easy quick retrieval.What we offer:Honest, friendly and professional environment with an outstanding reputation for family values and excellent customer service.
