Regional Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions Serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions, and local division field teams Support the Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across teams and timely execution Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels Oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance and regional market insights Monitor and enhance cross-functional collaboration between Marketing Field Coordinators and Regional Integrated Marketing Specialists Requirements Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams Resourceful and solution-oriented Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree Bachelor of Arts degree high school diploma GED #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
