Position Summary

The Technology Specialist provides onsite support and troubleshooting for a variety of technology systems, including AV equipment, digital signage, smart devices, collaboration platforms, and other connected technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and customer service while working in occupied environments.

Essential Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues.
• Support digital signage, communication platforms, smart devices, and user-facing technology.
• Document issues, resolutions, and escalation details in ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and end users to resolve technical problems.
• Perform technology installations, upgrades, maintenance, and equipment replacements.
• Manage and prioritize service requests independently.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support while minimizing disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in IT support, AV systems, technology services, or a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to learn and support a variety of technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements
