We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile teams and drive delivery of high-quality software products.

We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile teams and drive delivery of high-quality software products.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum/Kanban teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Clear roadblocks, coach team dynamics, and ensure alignment with sprint/release goals
- Promote Agile best practices: TDD, CI/CD, Continuous Testing
- Track progress and manage backlog using JIRA and Confluence
- Assess and improve team performance, velocity, quality, and Agile maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams; experience in technical/software environments
- 6+ years as Scrum Master with strong Agile knowledge
- Familiarity with Scrum roles, ceremonies, and Agile delivery metrics
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC
- Bonus: Scaled Agile experience ( SAFe/LeSS ), technical background, regulated/complex environments
