Inside Sales Representative - Longevity Care

WHY THIS ROLE

• $55,000 base + uncapped monthly commission [OTE, $90k+]

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, educate new patients on hormone optimization, peptide, and longevity modalities, and book consults.
• Monthly sales quotas: this is the core of the job, not a side responsibility.
• Grow the book: upsell and cross-sell bundled services to new & existing patients to grow revenue per patient.
• Reactivate: reactivate lapsed patients through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
• Track everything: manage your CRM pipeline (HubSpot) as it’s your own book of business.
• Collaborate: partner with clinical staff to match patients to the right plan and the best teammates sell solutions, not just services.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 1–2+ years of sales experience, phone/inside sales strongly preferred — healthcare or wellness sales a plus.
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota
• CRM experience; HubSpot is a big plus.
• Passion for educating patients on our services to change their lives
• Competitive by nature, coachable by choice.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity.

HOW WE'LL MEASURE YOU

• Monthly consults completed.
• Monthly ROFs (re-opportunities/follow-ups) completed.
• Net new patient adds vs. goal.
• % of patients on bundled / upsold services.
