Responsibilities Scheduling appointments with insureds Adhering to customer requirements and quality standards Examining commercial businesses’ payroll and tax records Prepare detailed work papers and written correspondence in support of audit findings Identify issues to be communicated to appropriate parties. Exhibit effective workload management skills through efficient time utilization. Ideal Candidate Customer service oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office software applications Detail oriented Self‑motivated Ability to meet deadlines Reliable Required Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for regular travel to customer locations.
