Wage: Up to $15 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities.

We are currently hiring experienced Shift Managers who can lead by example, support daily operations, develop team members, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do:

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Complete and verify opening, shift change, and closing procedures.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
• Lead with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and teamwork.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Help drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Food service, restaurant, or hospitality management experience required.
• Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Train, coach, and assess team member productivity and performance.
• Manage daily store operations and support restaurant profitability.
• Increase sales through exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Captain Jay's standards and procedures.
• Set and execute performance goals to improve operational results.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Physical Setting:

• Fast-casual food service environment.
• Single-store location assignment.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and active movement throughout shifts.
