Our tours are delivered by our Guides, who are passionate about their cities, have excellent people skills and solve problems quickly. Candidates must reside in Seattle or the Greater Seattle Area, as you will be responsible for arriving at the designated start point of each tour. This role is a part-time position that has varing hours on mornings and weekends. The hourly rate is $26.50 USD plus gratituties. Every day will be different, but every day you will: Have passion and knowledge for and of your destination A passion for travel, food, culture, and/or history Excellent story-telling skills Excellent communication skills with individuals and groups of people Empathy and emotional intelligence High standards of customer experience An understanding of and belief in Intrepid’s Responsible Travel philosophy and Core Values Outstanding organizational management skills Problem solving and decision-making capacities A friendly, engaging, and energetic personality To be considered you may also have: Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)
