Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers.Math: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentagesReasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formCertificates and Licenses: Driver’s license with a clean driving recordPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach above the shoulder or below the waist with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Additionally, the employee frequently lifts 40 pounds and occasionally pushes/pulls carts weighing up to 800 pounds.Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work for up to 15 minutes at a time in walk-in freezers at temperatures as low as -20º F.Graeter’s offers the right person the ability to develop within a growing organization.
