Urology Opportunity - Texas - Robotics Available - No Income Cap

An established Texas urology practice is adding another physician to meet growing patient demand. With a strong referral network, experienced APP support, multiple robotic platforms, and a flexible clinic and OR schedule, this opportunity offers the autonomy to build a practice around your interests while providing significant long-term earning potential.

Practice Highlights

• Approximately 50/50 clinic and OR schedule with the ability to customize your template
• Typical clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day, adjusted to accommodate your surgical schedule
• Manageable call with additional compensation for extra coverage and a rotation designed to become lighter as the team grows.
• Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support

Who We're Looking For

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Interest in practicing comprehensive general urology
• Robotic experience welcomed but not required
• Eligible for a Texas medical license
