Selmet is seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality for precision titanium castings used in aerospace and defense applications. In this on-site role in Springfield, OR, you will lead quality planning, AS9100 compliance, and root cause analysis for complex, high-performance components. Responsibilities include developing control and inspection plans, driving corrective and preventive actions, supporting PPAP and FAI, and collaborating with engineering, machining, and finishing teams. You will champion continuous improvement, mentor team members in quality tools, and interface with major aerospace OEMs during audits and technical reviews.
