We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our healthcare team for day shift (6a-6p). The STNAs play a vital role on our care team by providing empathetic, patient-centered, hands-on support that helps residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. STNAs work closely with nurses and other team members to assist residents with daily activities, monitor their well-being, and create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressureProvide support to nursing staff by preparing equipment and assisting with medical proceduresMaintain a clean and safe patient environment by adhering to infection control protocolsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progressDocument patient care accurately in electronic health recordsSupport patients with disabilities by providing tailored assistance to enhance their quality of lifeQualificationsLicensed STNAPrevious experience as a STNA preferredKnowledge of geriatrics, medical-surgical care, physiology, and hospice care is highly desirableAbility to work effectively with individuals living in a SNU/SNFStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare teamCompassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient careCertification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant programAbility to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patientsJoin a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.BENEFITS:Relavix Health Group is committed to supporting our team both professionally and personally by offering meaningful benefits designed to promote wellness, financial flexibility, career growth, and work-life balance.
