Transition RN Fellow: Acute Care Readiness & Mentorship

Premier Health Partners is offering a Transitional Fellowship for RNs completing the required degree and licensure pathways. The program emphasizes hands-on training and structured learning to ease the transition into the acute care hospital setting. Positions are available as full-time or part-time with rotating shifts (7A-7:30P and 7P-7:30A).
