Dentist Opportunity in Arlington, Georgia

Position Overview:

Start Date: ASAP
Current staff :
- Doctors : 1 Dentist (owner, works Mondays only)
- Support Staff : 2 RDH, 1 DA, 1 Front Desk
Schedule : Tues-Thurs; 8a-5p
Patients per day : 25 patients per day
Types for Procedures : Composites, Extractions, Implants, Bridges, Root canals, Dentures/Removables, Botox, Clear correct/Braces/Invisalign
Patient age range : General practice - mostly adults
Payor make-up: Fee-for-service, Peach State
Technologies: Older Tech - willing to buy anything that the right doctor wants

Compensation

A daily rate while the doctor ramps up production
35% of collections (open to 35% of production)
Lab Fees - typically paying 35% of their lab fees
Partnership - available for the right candidate
Benefits: Medical, in-house dental, 401(k) with match after 1 year, short/long term disability

Requirements

Active Georgia State License
DDS or DMD from an accredited university
