About the Role:

Nurtured Roots Counseling (Munawar LLC) is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join out team!
We are looking for someone who is interested in working with couples/ family systems who will maintain a balanced outpatient caseload within a practice with flexibility of scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Wisconsin state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) -  Fully Licensed Only
• Experience and confidence in working with couples and family systems 
• Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities 
• Comfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults in individual and family settings
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communicative skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload while maintaining client-centered and culturally responsive care
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
• Ability and willingness to work with a multidisciplinary team
