Child & Adolescent PsychiatristWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a growing behavioral health team in Layton, Utah. The physician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents ages 4-18, including evaluations, medication management, and therapy services.Responsibilities:Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as desired.Develop individualized treatment plans with patients, families, and healthcare providers.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Provide clinical supervision and training to mental health professionals.Requirements:Graduation from a U.S. medical school.Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency.Completion of a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.Active Utah medical license or eligibility to obtain one.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.Compensation & Benefits:First-year salary plus incentive compensation.Partnership opportunity beginning in the second year with a $100K buy-in.Commission-based income after partnership.100% covered health and disability insurance.401(k) and profit-sharing.CME benefits.Board examination coverage.Professional growth and development opportunities.
