About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People and Culture to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the strategic vision for the People and Culture department, ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's overall strategy. This role involves leading organizational redesign, talent acquisition, and onboarding, as well as optimizing HR processes and systems. The Head of People and Culture will also be a key player in leadership development, employee relations, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity. Applicants for the Head of People and Culture role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership position, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare or aged care. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in implementing organizational change and cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent management, operational efficiency, and employee relations, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance. A passion for promoting a person-centered approach, diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
