Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Kokomo, IN Pay Range: $55-$58 Shift: Nights, Evenings (00:00-06:30) What's the Job? Manage small work teams in a high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment to meet production goals. Ensure team safety by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a safe workplace culture. Build, train, and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity and team morale. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, throughput, and cost efficiency. Coordinate activities to achieve business metrics and implement Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) processes and initiatives. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred. Ability to work any shift, including overtime, with flexibility across all shifts. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective relationships with team members and plant leadership. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume environment is advantageous. What's in it for me?
