Position may also include providing clinical supervision/support to additional programs/clinician staff within AFS such as nurses and/or occupational therapists.Duties and Responsibilities:Establish clinical goals and objectives for residential treatment programs.To ensure referral and intake process runs efficiently in conjunction with Program Administration.To implement and evaluate the Program goals, including an annual report of accomplishments against objectives planned.Hires staff subject to the approval of the Director of Adolescent and Family services.Train, supervise and evaluate the clinical staff of various programs.Provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy as needed and required.To ensure client care and safety through policy assessment and development.To provide supervision to program administration re: crisis interventionNecessary to meet overall agency goals and provide support to management and program staff.Responsible for the complete therapeutic and clinical services of above named programs.Responsible for all client tracking, incident evaluation and training programs.Responsible for all supervision of Clinicians/case managers at the above named programs.Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities independentlyAbility to deal with diverse populations at varied levels of managementPromoting Knowledge acquisition and skills development through various professional development opportunitiesAssisting personnel in transferring the skill and knowledge obtained in the classroom to their work in the fieldInputting data into the data management systemUsing data collection tools and formsReading and interpreting reportsUsing data to improve performanceMinimum Qualifications:Completion of a Doctoral level education program (Psy.D or Ph.D) or MastersMA state licensure as MLHC, LISCW, LADCI,2 plus years of supervisory experienceProgram development experienceBilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)The Gándara Mental Health Center provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
