Description
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls via the multi-line phone system.
- Greet visitors, family members, and medical professionals, ensuring compliance with sign-in procedures.
- Screen and direct facility vendors to appropriate departments.
- Assist administrative and clinical leadership with filing, data entry, and basic clerical tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front reception area.
- Make sure there is coffee and cookies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience operating multi-line phone systems or working in a medical front office is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
