Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Immediately hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a national luxury brand! This role would be 3-6 months in length and possibly extend.

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Own the end-to-end order management process, from pre-order through delivery, while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.
    • \n
  • Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications across internal departments and with clients to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
    • \n
  • Maintain and track order reporting data, providing visibility into order status, fulfillment, and performance.
    • \n
  • Support Showroom Sales Consultants throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
    • \n
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, Client Services, and Technical Support to identify and resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree required
    • \n
  • Two years of experience working in administration, marketing, operations or sales support
    • \n
  • A high level of personal judgement and integrity
    • \n
  • Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) and Word
    • \n
  • Experience using a CRM system
    • \n
  • Strong work ethic and independent problem solving skills
    • \n
