This includes supporting the team, overseeing business functions, and ensuring a culture of excellence in both medical care and client service.You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing hospital staff, managing operations and facility maintenance, supporting business growth and profitability, and helping to build a collaborative, respectful, and compassionate workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the veterinary, technical, and client service teams in achieving hospital goalsFoster a strong hospital culture focused on quality care and client satisfactionPartner with the Medical Director to develop and implement operational goals and hospital policiesManage hiring, performance reviews, and team development, with support from Regional leadershipMonitor hospital finances, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure long-term successEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulationsHelp maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team membersQualifications5+ of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations (budgeting, KPIs, staffing)Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teamsFamiliar with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growthStrong communicator—clear, empathetic, and confident across all levelsSkilled at juggling priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentPassionate about people, pets, and building a positive workplace cultureIf you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site.
