Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,079 per week

Job Summary Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist position in Anna, Texas. Responsibilities Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Perform 60‑minute initial evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions. Maintain timely, accurate documentation: goal writing, letters of medical necessity, charge entry. Ensure safe patient handling and compliance with infection control precautions. Possibly supervise student learners and precept clinical learners. Qualifications Active Texas Physical Therapist license. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Background in outpatient orthopedics or general outpatient PT preferred. Experience performing 60‑minute evaluations and ongoing treatment preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC if required. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and infectious disease precautions. Willingness to participate in student supervision and precept clinical learners preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient. Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13 weeks (starting May 18, 2026). Hours: 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Employment type: Travel.
