• 10s are either 7:30a-5:30p or 8a-6p, based upon case start time
• Arrive 30 mins before case starts, latest arrival 7:30, 30-min unpaid lunch

Call Schedule: no call / no weekends
Minimum shifts/coverage to be considered: Prefer full-time, will look at part time schedules
Typical/required cases: Ortho, endo, general surgery, GYN, ENT
Heads, Hearts, or OB required: No
# of cases per day: Varies – depends on case type and room 
Ages: adults only
Which EMR System: EPIC
Onboarding/Credentialing Time: 12 weeks

Willing to pay for KY license! Can complete license while credentialing!
