EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Emergency Management Coordinator
You will serve as a primary Emergency Management (EM) coordinator with the respective Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) and host installation EM Officers.
You will review Department of War (DoW), Navy Emergency Management instructions and directives and update regional policy and procedures.
You will consult and advise non-MTF Emergency Managers (MEMs) and partnering agencies the details of current EM directives.
You will develop and maintain the tenant Emergency Action Plan (EAP) that aligns with NMCP and host installation EM plans.
You will review and ensure all personnel training is conducted and conduct an annual self-assessment using the EM Self-Assessment Checklist and forward to Director, Emergency Management (N45).
