In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing production schedules that ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to align production plans with customer demand and inventory targets.This position has the opportunity to be hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home) and to also work out of our office in Round Rock, TX one day a week, if preferred.**What You’ll Do*** Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints* Partner with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components* Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays, shortages, and changes in demand* Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives* Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to align production, inventory, and delivery goals* Maintain accurate planning data, schedules, and performance metrics* Support improvements in planning and scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness* Communicate schedule updates, priorities, and risks clearly to key stakeholders**What We Seek:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field* 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management principles**Outstanding Candidates Will Have:*** SAP experience (PP and MM modules strongly preferred)* APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)**Why Work at Entegris** Lead.
