Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Supervising Immigration Attorney will provide oversight and guidance to a nonprofit organization operating a Department of Justice (DOJ) Recognition & Accreditation (R&A) program. This role is limited in scope and does not require full-time involvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide general supervision of immigration legal services conducted by the organization Review cases periodically to ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulations Offer guidance on complex or sensitive immigration matters when needed Ensure adherence to DOJ Recognition & Accreditation requirements and ethical standards Be available for consultation on an as-needed basis Support the organization in maintaining compliance with federal immigration regulations Work Structure: Part-time / advisory role Remote supervision (no physical presence required) Flexible schedule based on mutual agreement This position is ideal for an attorney seeking a low-commitment, supplemental professional role with a nonprofit organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairweather, LLC
