Privacy Attorney

LHH is assisting a respected boutique law firm in its search for a senior-level Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Attorney to join a growing practice supporting sophisticated corporate and commercial transactions. This role is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of experience handling IP and technology-related transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating IP and software licensing agreements, master services agreements, privacy policies, and technology transfer arrangements. Experience advising on privacy and data-related issues as part of broader corporate transactions is highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with an active corporate practice while also receiving support to develop and grow an independent client base. Exposure to technology-focused industries is preferred.
