Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Troy, OH. Partner with an established advisor to service, retain, and grow an existing book of business. Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, develop personalized financial plans, and recommend suitable investment and retirement strategies. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through. Support client meetings, financial planning discussions, and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, operational needs, and practice priorities are handled efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role. Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a book of business. Strong background in retirement planning, wealth management, financial planning, or estate planning. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships, and contribute to local business development efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
