Construction Litigation Attorney: Commercial Building Disputes in Cranberry Township

Our client, an established Western Pennsylvania firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Cranberry Township office. The team represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals in defect, delay, payment, mechanics' lien, and bid disputes on commercial, industrial, and public projects.

This is an in-office role in Cranberry Township, giving you daily access to a close-knit construction team.

What You'll Do

• Litigate construction disputes from pre-suit analysis through trial or arbitration
• Pursue and defend mechanics' lien, payment bond, and prompt payment claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and arbitration submissions
• Take and defend depositions of project personnel and expert witnesses
• Review contracts, change orders, and schedules to build case strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of construction or commercial litigation experience
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania construction and payment statutes is a plus
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills
• Commitment to working in office in Cranberry Township
