Senior Underwriter

Job DescriptionChubb is currently seeking a Senior Underwriter/Executive Underwriter for the Cyber team in Denver, CO. Within this role the underwriter will be expected to develop and maintain a broad network of brokerage relationships, underwrite, and service existing renewals and new business, and expand distribution and new business. Cross-marketing with other Chubb products and lines of business will be required as well.Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Underwriting a book of Cyber related products in the Southwest Region that include Cyber and Privacy Liability and Technology Errors & OmissionsSoliciting new and renewal submissions from brokersDetermining terms, conditions and complex rating plansRepresenting the company at client meetingsDocumenting underwriting filesServicing accounts throughout the policy cycleQualificationsBachelors degreeMust possess an in-depth knowledge of Cyber and Privacy Liability products and concepts5+ years underwriting experience within Cyber and Tech E&O is preferredExperience developing and maintaining a broad network of brokerage relationships, negotiation skills, business acumen and strong oral and written communication skills are essentialThe pay range for the role is $98,000 to $142,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
