Distribution Operations Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Distribution Operations Manager to lead and align our core operational functions, including supply chain, inventory, logistics, customer service, and account management. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction while helping scale a growing, family-owned business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop Teams: Build a high-performing, accountable, and customer-focused culture
- Optimize Supply Chain & Inventory: Improve accuracy, visibility, and fulfillment efficiency
- Oversee Logistics & Distribution: Streamline order-to-delivery processes and reduce errors
- Enhance Customer Experience: Strengthen key accounts and ensure seamless service
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs, eliminate bottlenecks, and scale operations
What You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or distribution
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong background in inventory management and logistics
- Experience supporting customer service and key accounts
- ERP/CRM system knowledge
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
